​Donna is the founder and co-owner of Kaos. She has been within the industry for over 25 years, originally gaining her level 3 certificate. In later years she trained and qualified as an assessor. Donna continues to develop her knowledge and skills in her profession and in addition offers Kerastraight smoothing, various types of extensions including pre-bonded, braidless weaves and tape. She regularly attends courses to keep up to date with the ever changing industry, her most recent one being the Neal and Wolf colour masters.
