BOOKING FEES

We currently take a booking fee for all colour services. The booking fee is £20 and will be sent via a payment link to your phone to pay online. You can also drop it off in person at the salon if you prefer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment your booking fee will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment. If it is less then 48 hours the booking fee will not be refunded.

SKIN TESTING

​

New clients wanting to book in for a colour service will need a skin test 48 hours prior to their service. You will also need a skin test if it had been longer than 6 months since your last colour with us, or if you have been elsewhere or coloured your hair at home. Please call the salon if this is an issue. Skin tests only take 5 minutes to complete so you can call in anytime during opening hours, at a time that is convenient to you.
